Overview This website is operated by Clark Prestige Wear Corp ("we", "us", "our"), 1500 N Grant St Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Products We sell physical home furniture and related products, currently the Boneless Cloud Sofa (modular L-shaped foam sofa). Product images are for illustration; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time. Prices shown as "compare at" reflect our regular list price.
Orders and payment By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information provided is yours and accurate. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout (major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud; if your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. Each purchase is a one-time payment — we do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges.
Shipping and delivery Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within the US by FedEx or DHL Express in approximately 3–7 business days, fully tracked and insured.
Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee with free return shipping within the US.
Billing descriptor Charges will appear on your card statement as CLARK PRESTIGE WEAR or a similar descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank so we can help you identify it.
Accuracy of information We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results.
