Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to love your Boneless Cloud Sofa. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fees.

Return conditions

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered (per carrier tracking).
  • The item must be in its original condition: clean, undamaged, free of stains, odors, or pet hair, with all modules included.
  • Please keep the original packaging (or use packaging of similar size and protection) so the item can be returned safely.

How to start a return

  1. Email clarkprestigewearcorp@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours on business days with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions. Return shipping within the US is free.
  3. Drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected (typically 2–3 business days after arrival), we will confirm your refund by email.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact your bank first and then contact us at clarkprestigewearcorp@proton.me — we will help you resolve it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

Exchanges Want a different color? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no cost as long as the item meets the return conditions above.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, please use the return process above.

Late or missing refunds / disputes Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve every request quickly and it is almost always faster than a chargeback.
